OPIUM uses trusted third-party couriers and delivery partners to ensure each order is delivered with care.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and OPIUM is satisfied with the integrity and legitimacy of the order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. OPIUM cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Any request to re-deliver an order will incur the full delivery fee.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, location, traffic conditions, and external factors beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the delivery partner and delivered in accordance with the instructions provided, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
We take great care with every delivery and always aim for your order to arrive beautifully. If you have any questions or special delivery considerations, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Deliveries are made between 9am–4pm.
By selecting Authority to Leave (ATL), you authorise Opium to deliver your order to the provided delivery address and to leave it in a safe place if no one is available to receive it.
If a safe place is not available, we will attempt to make contact to arrange an alternative delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur an additional delivery fee.
Once an order has been delivered in accordance with ATL instructions, Opium cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of florals, timely receipt is essential. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order where possible.
