These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of opiumfloral.com.au and the purchase of any products or services from OPIUM ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Services

OPIUM offers fresh flowers, floral arrangements, gift items, and related services. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, all products are subject to availability and natural variation.

Images on our website are provided as a style and size guide only. While we endeavour to match the overall aesthetic, colour palette, and value, flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Orders will not be confirmed or dispatched until full payment has been received and OPIUM is satisfied with the integrity and legitimacy of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Delivery of Physical Goods

OPIUM uses trusted third-party couriers and delivery partners to ensure each order is delivered with care.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. OPIUM cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Any request to re-deliver an order will incur the full delivery fee.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, location, traffic conditions, and external factors beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the delivery partner and delivered in accordance with the instructions provided, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

We take great care with every delivery and always aim for your order to arrive beautifully. If you have any questions or special delivery considerations, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind. This includes incorrect selection, preference changes, or seasonal variation where the product otherwise matches the description.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations requested more than 48 hours prior to delivery may be eligible for a refund less any costs already incurred. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may not be possible. Same-day and event orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPIUM excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, and design, is the property of OPIUM and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

Amendment of Terms

OPIUM reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any updates.

Where reasonably possible, we will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes. Continued use of opiumfloral.com.au constitutes your acceptance of the current Terms and confirms that these Terms govern the rights and obligations between you and OPIUM.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
